Concentrix in Lisbon is seeking a French-speaking AI Dubbing Content Moderator. You will review AI-generated dubbed videos to ensure compliance with platform policies, quality standards, and regional requirements.

The role requires strong French and English skills, content moderation experience, and the ability to work in a fast-paced environment. The position offers on-site work in Lisbon, with full training, competitive pay, and opportunities for career development within a global technology

• Fluent in French (C1) with strong written and spoken skills.
• Proficient in English (B2) for cross-language moderation.
• Experience in content moderation, trust & safety, or QA.
• Understanding of AI-generated content and digital media.
• Strong analytical thinking and objective decision-making.
• Able to work in a fast-paced environment with high workloads.
• Emotional resilience for handling sensitive content.

Responsabilidades

• Review AI-generated dubbed video content to ensure compliance with platform policies and quality standards.
• Evaluate reported content and make moderation decisions per internal procedures.

• Identify content with misinformation, hate speech, or policy violations.
• Verify compliance with regional regulations across languages.
• Escalate complex cases to appropriate teams when required.

What You Will Do In This Role

As an AI Dubbing Content Moderator, you will:

• Review AI-generated dubbed video content to ensure compliance with platform policies, community guidelines, and quality standards.
• Evaluate reported or flagged content and make accurate moderation decisions based on internal procedures and policy guidelines.
• Assess translation quality, linguistic accuracy, cultural appropriateness, and contextual relevance of AI-generated dubbing.
• Identify content that may contain misinformation, hate speech, harassment, harmful behaviour, copyright concerns, or other policy violations.
• Verify compliance with regional regulations and market-specific standards across multiple languages and cultures.
• Escalate complex, high-risk, or ambiguous cases to the appropriate internal teams when required.
• Document moderation decisions accurately while maintaining complete records within internal systems.
• Achieve quality, productivity, and service level targets while managing high volumes of content.
• Stay up to date with evolving moderation policies, AI content standards, and operational procedures.
• Handle sensitive or potentially disturbing content with professionalism, discretion, and confidentiality.

Your Qualifications

• Are fluent, verbal and written in French (C1).
• Are fluent, verbal and written in English (B2).
• Have previous experience in Content Moderation, Trust & Safety, Quality Assurance, or a similar operational environment.
• Have a strong understanding of AI-generated content, digital media, or e-commerce platforms.
• Demonstrate excellent analytical thinking and objective decision-making skills.
• Possess excellent attention to detail and consistently deliver high-quality work.
• Are comfortable working in a fast-paced environment with changing priorities and high workloads.
• Can manage sensitive content professionally while maintaining emotional resilience.
