Concentrix in Lisbon, Portugal, is seeking an AI Dubbing Content Moderator (Spanish-Speaking) to ensure high-quality, compliant AI-dubbed content for global platforms. The role is on-site in Lisbon and involves reviewing, translating, and moderating content across multiple languages and cultures.

You will work in a fast-paced environment with strict quality and policy guidelines, supporting an exceptional user experience and maintaining confidentiality.

Qualificações

• Fluent in Spanish (C1) and English (B2).
• Experience in Content Moderation, Trust & Safety, QA, or similar operations.
• Strong understanding of AI-generated content, digital media, or e-commerce platforms.
• Excellent analytical thinking and objective decision-making skills.
• Great attention to detail and ability to deliver high-quality work.
• Comfortable in a fast-paced environment with changing priorities.
• Capable of handling sensitive content professionally and discreetly.

Responsabilidades

• Review AI-generated dubbed video content for policy compliance and quality standards.
• Evaluate reported or flagged content and apply internal procedures and guidelines.
• Assess translation quality, linguistic accuracy, and contextual relevance of dubbing.
• Identify content that may violate policies (misinformation, hate speech, copyright).

What You Will Do In This Role

• Review AI-generated dubbed video content to ensure compliance with platform policies, community guidelines, and quality standards.
• Evaluate reported or flagged content and make accurate moderation decisions based on internal procedures and policy guidelines.
• Assess translation quality, linguistic accuracy, cultural appropriateness, and contextual relevance of AI-generated dubbing.
• Identify content that may contain misinformation, hate speech, harassment, harmful behaviour, copyright concerns, or other policy violations.
• Verify compliance with regional regulations and market-specific standards across multiple languages and cultures.
• Escalate complex, high-risk, or ambiguous cases to the appropriate internal teams when required.
• Document moderation decisions accurately while maintaining complete records within internal systems.
• Achieve quality, productivity, and service level targets while managing high volumes of content.
• Stay up to date with evolving moderation policies, AI content standards, and operational procedures.
• Handle sensitive or potentially disturbing content with professionalism, discretion, and confidentiality.

Your Qualifications

• Are fluent, verbal and written in Spanish (C1).
• Are fluent, verbal and written in English (B2).
• Have previous experience in Content Moderation, Trust & Safety, Quality Assurance, or a similar operational environment.
• Have a strong understanding of AI-generated content, digital media, or e-commerce platforms.
• Demonstrate excellent analytical thinking and objective decision-making skills.
• Possess excellent attention to detail and consistently deliver high-quality work.
• Are comfortable working in a fast-paced environment with changing priorities and high workloads.
• Can manage sensitive content professionally while maintaining emotional resilience.
