Concentrix is hiring an AI Dubbing Content Moderator in Lisbon, Portugal (On-Site). The role focuses on reviewing AI-generated dubbed content for quality, safety, and policy compliance across multiple languages.

You will assess translation quality, cultural relevance, and contextual accuracy while handling sensitive material with discretion. The position requires fluency in Greek (C1) and English (B2), plus prior moderation or trust & safety experience.

What You Will Do In This Role

• Review AI-generated dubbed video content to ensure compliance with platform policies, community guidelines, and quality standards.
• Evaluate reported or flagged content and make accurate moderation decisions based on internal procedures and policy guidelines.
• Assess translation quality, linguistic accuracy, cultural appropriateness, and contextual relevance of AI-generated dubbing.
• Identify content that may contain misinformation, hate speech, harassment, harmful behaviour, copyright concerns, or other policy violations.
• Verify compliance with regional regulations and market-specific standards across multiple languages and cultures.
• Escalate complex, high-risk, or ambiguous cases to the appropriate internal teams when required.
• Document moderation decisions accurately while maintaining complete records within internal systems.
• Achieve quality, productivity, and service level targets while managing high volumes of content.
• Stay up to date with evolving moderation policies, AI content standards, and operational procedures.
• Handle sensitive or potentially disturbing content with professionalism, discretion, and confidentiality.

Your Qualifications

• Are fluent, verbal and written in Greek (C1).
• Are fluent, verbal and written in English (B2).
• Have previous experience in Content Moderation, Trust & Safety, Quality Assurance, or a similar operational environment.
• Have a strong understanding of AI-generated content, digital media, or e-commerce platforms.
• Demonstrate excellent analytical thinking and objective decision-making skills.
• Possess excellent attention to detail and consistently deliver high-quality work.
• Are comfortable working in a fast-paced environment with changing priorities and high workloads.
• Can manage sensitive content professionally while maintaining emotional resilience.
