Concentrix in Lisbon, Portugal is seeking an AI Dubbing Content Moderator to ensure that AI-generated dubbed videos meet quality, safety, and policy standards. You will review content across multiple languages, assess translation quality, and make moderation decisions in a fast-paced, high-volume environment.

Fluency in Spanish (C1) and English (B2) is required, with prior Content Moderation or QA experience.

Responsabilidades

• Review AI-generated dubbed video content to ensure policy compliance.
• Evaluate reported content and make moderation decisions based on internal procedures.
• Assess translation quality, linguistic accuracy, cultural appropriateness, and contextual relevance of dubbing.
• Identify content that may contain misinformation, hate speech, harassment, copyright concerns, or other policy violations.
• Verify compliance with regional regulations and market-specific standards across languages and cultures.
• Escalate complex cases to appropriate teams when required.
• Document moderation decisions accurately and maintain records.
• Aim for quality, productivity, and SLA targets with high content volumes.
• Stay updated with evolving moderation policies and AI content standards.

What you will do in this role

As an AI Dubbing Content Moderator, you will:

• Review AI-generated dubbed video content to ensure compliance with platform policies, community guidelines, and quality standards.
• Evaluate reported or flagged content and make accurate moderation decisions based on internal procedures and policy guidelines.
• Assess translation quality, linguistic accuracy, cultural appropriateness, and contextual relevance of AI-generated dubbing.
• Identify content that may contain misinformation, hate speech, harassment, harmful behaviour, copyright concerns, or other policy violations.
• Verify compliance with regional regulations and market-specific standards across multiple languages and cultures.
• Escalate complex, high-risk, or ambiguous cases to the appropriate internal teams when required.
• Document moderation decisions accurately while maintaining complete records within internal systems.
• Achieve quality, productivity, and service level targets while managing high volumes of content.
• Stay up to date with evolving moderation policies, AI content standards, and operational procedures.
• Handle sensitive or potentially disturbing content with professionalism, discretion, and confidentiality.
