The Role

• Plan and run content strategy for Instagram, LinkedIn, Facebook, and TikTok.
• Build engaging carousels using our design templates and brand guidelines.
• Film behind-the-scenes content and B-roll during monthly Lisbon visits.
• Support founder's personal brand across Instagram and LinkedIn.
• Repurpose podcasts and interviews into shareable social content.

Skills & Experience

Must-Haves

• 3+ years managing social media for brands or creators.

• Experience with Canva or similar design tools.
• Based in Portugal with ability to travel to Lisbon 2x per month.

Nice-to-Haves

• Experience with Veed, Metricool, ClickUp, and Slack.
• Background in SaaS, finance, or tech marketing.
• Comfortable appearing in behind-the-scenes content.

• Salary: USD 2,400 per month.
