Paradox is seeking a hands-on content creator to own Paradox’s social presence across Instagram, TikTok, X, and YouTube Shorts. You will cut, caption, and ship content yourself, using AI to multiply your output.

You’ll test hooks and formats, post daily, respond to comments, and collaborate with Growth and Content to identify winning angles. Remote work is possible, with a Dubai office option and flexible hours.

Qualificações

• 2–3 years in social media management or content creation, preferably in a fast-moving brand or creator context, or a self-taught portfolio that demonstrates shipped content.
• Portfolio of reels, shorts, and growth numbers that proves your impact.
• Regular use of Claude or equivalent AI tools to edit, caption, or automate.
• Comfortable being on camera or directing talent if needed.

Responsabilidades

• Build and ship content daily: cut shorts/reels from long-form footage, write hooks and captions, and post directly.
• Own the channels end to end: content calendar, posting, community replies, and performance tracking across all platforms.
• Test hooks, formats, and posting times proactively, and adjust quickly when a format underperforms.
• Leverage Claude to automate repurposing, generate caption/hook variations, and build lightweight pipelines.
• Read the data: work with native platform analytics and GA4 to double down on what compounds.
• Collaborate with Growth and Content to spot winning angles and feed them into new formats.
