Scrambly in Portugal is seeking a Senior Video Editor to own the edit stage of our high-volume creative production across TikTok, Meta, AppLovin, and Google Ads. You will report to the Creative Producer and shape the narrative through story-driven cuts and AI-assisted workflows.

You will collaborate daily with the editing team, push creative boundaries, and help refine our playbook to maintain quality at scale while shipping dozens of new concepts every week.

Qualificações

• Strong storytelling and film-structure fundamentals.
• 3+ years as a professional video editor with a diverse portfolio.
• Hands-on experience with popular AI video platforms.
• Proficiency in professional editing software (FCP, DaVinci, Premiere) and motion graphics basics.
• Organized, fast, reliable, and able to ship at volume.
• Strong English communication skills (B2+).

Responsabilidades

• Edit video content across all formats and genres with clear narrative structure.
• Iterate on winning creatives using performance data and new hooks.
• AI-native production: generate and assemble AI footage into professional renders.
• Deliver per-platform final specs for TikTok, Meta, AppLovin, and Google Ads.
• Collaborate daily with the Creative Producer and editing team.
• Help refine the editing playbook to maintain quality at volume.
