You will own guest journeys from invitation to follow-up, orchestrating multi-market campaigns with automation and AI tools.

The role focuses on event communications, registration operations, data handling, and stakeholder coordination, ensuring a premium experience for VIP and general guests.

Qualifications

• Experience in marketing operations, event marketing, or B2B field marketing.
• Strong project management skills with multiple timelines.
• Ability to manage segmented audiences and registration workflows.
• Proactive with automation and AI tools to scale campaigns.
• Excellent written English and stakeholder coordination.

Responsibilities

• Own guest nomination timelines and ensure data readiness.
• Manage guest lists, registration logic, and data accuracy.
• Segment audiences by tier and tailor invitation journeys.
• Lead multi-wave email campaigns, testing, QA, and deployment.
• Collaborate with PMMs, Sales, and regional teams.
• Create post-event newsletters and collect attendee feedback.
