• 4-5+ years in media buying management with agency background preferred.
• Experience managing large-scale performance budgets up to $20M annually.
• Strong strategic thinking and problem-solving abilities.
• Proficient with paid platforms and advanced targeting capabilities.

Responsibilities

• Lead multi-channel media buying across Amazon Ads, Walmart, Target, and Meta/Google.
• Implement AI-driven workflows to streamline ad management.
• Improve MarTech stack in collaboration with engineering.
• Coordinate content optimization for each media channel.
• Build end-to-end relationships with creative and brand teams.
• Analyze data and provide insights on ads performance and funnels.
• Identify optimization opportunities and drive execution.
