Algomarketing Ltd. is seeking a highly organized Marketing Operations & Events Specialist to embed within our Northern Europe B2B marketing team in a hybrid Lisbon role.

You’ll own attendee journeys from invitation through follow-up, handling guest data, segmentation, and multi-market campaigns with AI-enabled workflows. The role focuses on guest communications, registration operations, senior stakeholder coordination, and reporting across markets, ensuring timely, on-brand experiences for VIP

Qualifications

• Experience in marketing operations, event marketing, or campaign operations in B2B context.
• Strong project management skills and the ability to juggle multiple timelines.
• Experience handling segmented audience lists and registration workflows.
• Attention to detail across data, copy, campaign setup, and QA.
• Comfort working with senior stakeholders and executive communications.

Responsibilities

• Own guest list management and registration operations across multi-market events.
• Lead event communication campaigns via email, landing pages, reminders, and post-event touchpoints.
• Create and maintain VIP and executive attendee workflows and tracks.
• Develop AI-enabled workflows to accelerate copy production and campaign setup.
• Support post-event follow-up, reporting, and pipeline translation.
