Job summary

Wire IT in Portugal is seeking an AI Coach - Agentic Engineering to join a remote team. You will design and guide AI workflows, work with agent orchestration frameworks, and help engineering teams adopt new technologies at scale.

You will collaborate with a senior team across digital, retail, and eCommerce projects, applying Kubernetes and event-driven architectures, and contributing to reusable accelerators and developer productivity tooling.

Qualifications

• Requires 6+ years of professional software engineering experience.
• Experience with agent orchestration frameworks and agentic platforms is essential.
• Proven ability to create reusable AI workflows and developer productivity tooling.
• Experience enabling teams at scale through workshops and communities of practice.
• Strong knowledge of Kubernetes, cloud-native platforms, and distributed systems.
• Experience with Kafka or event-driven architectures.
• Experience in large-scale digital, retail, or eCommerce environments.

Required skills

• At least 6 years of professional experience in software engineering.
• Experience with agent orchestration frameworks and agentic development platforms.
• Experience working with MCP-based tooling and integrations.
• Experience creating reusable AI workflows, engineering accelerators, or developer productivity tooling.
• Experience helping teams adopt new technologies and engineering practices at scale, including running workshops, communities of practice, or technical enablement programmes.
• Experience with Kubernetes, cloud-native platforms, and distributed systems.
• Experience with Kafka or event-driven architectures.
• Experience working in large-scale digital, retail, or eCommerce environments.
