Job summary

Wire IT, based in Portugal, is seeking an AI Coach - Agentic Engineering to join remotely. You will help design and scale AI-driven initiatives, working with client teams across digital, retail, and eCommerce domains.

You bring 6+ years in software engineering and hands-on experience with agentic platforms, MCP tooling, Kubernetes, and event-driven architectures, enabling rapid adoption of new technologies and best practices.

Qualifications

• At least 6 years of professional software engineering experience.
• Hands-on with agent orchestration frameworks and agentic development platforms.
• Experience with MCP-based tooling and integrations.
• Experience creating reusable AI workflows and developer productivity tooling.
• Experience enabling teams at scale via workshops or communities of practice.
• Proficient with Kubernetes, cloud-native platforms and distributed systems.
• Experience with Kafka or event-driven architectures.
• Experience in large-scale digital, retail, or eCommerce environments.

Required skills

• At least 6 years of professional experience in software engineering.
• Experience with agent orchestration frameworks and agentic development platforms.
• Experience working with MCP-based tooling and integrations.
• Experience creating reusable AI workflows, engineering accelerators, or developer productivity tooling.
• Experience helping teams adopt new technologies and engineering practices at scale, including running workshops, communities of practice, or technical enablement programmes.
• Experience with Kubernetes, cloud-native platforms, and distributed systems.
• Experience with Kafka or event-driven architectures.
• Experience working in large-scale digital, retail, or eCommerce environments.
