Job summary

Wire IT, based in Portugal, is seeking an AI Coach - Agentic Engineering to join our remote team. You will design reusable AI workflows, empower engineers, and drive adoption of agent orchestration in large-scale digital commerce projects.

The role requires 6+ years in software engineering and hands-on experience with Kubernetes and event-driven architectures. You will run workshops and enable teams across the company to adopt new technologies and practices.

Qualifications

• 6+ years of professional software engineering experience.
• Experience with agent orchestration frameworks and agentic development platforms.
• Experience with MCP-based tooling and integrations.
• Experience creating reusable AI workflows or developer productivity tooling.
• Ability to run workshops and communities of practice for tech enablement.
• Experience with Kubernetes, cloud-native platforms, and distributed systems.
• Experience in large-scale digital, retail, or ecommerce environments.

Required Skills

• At least 6 years of professional experience in software engineering.
• Experience with agent orchestration frameworks and agentic development platforms.
• Experience working with MCP-based tooling and integrations.
• Experience creating reusable AI workflows, engineering accelerators, or developer productivity tooling.
• Experience helping teams adopt new technologies and engineering practices at scale, including running workshops, communities of practice, or technical enablement programmes.
• Experience with Kubernetes, cloud-native platforms, and distributed systems.
• Experience with Kafka or event-driven architectures.
• Experience working in large-scale digital, retail, or eCommerce environments.
