Wire IT is a Portugal-based IT consulting partner with 18 years of experience. They seek an AI Coach - Agentic Engineering for a remote role in Portugal.

The position requires extensive software engineering expertise and experience with agentic platforms, orchestration frameworks, and cloud-native systems. The role focuses on shaping AI workflows, enabling engineering teams, and contributing to large-scale digital and ecommerce projects.

Formación

• Minimum 6 years of professional software engineering experience.
• Experience with agent orchestration frameworks and agentic development platforms.
• Experience with MCP-based tooling and integrations.
• Experience creating reusable AI workflows, engineering accelerators, or developer productivity tooling.
• Experience helping teams adopt new technologies and engineering practices at scale, including running workshops and communities of practice.
• Experience with Kubernetes, cloud-native platforms, and distributed systems.
• Experience with Kafka or event-driven architectures.
• Experience in large-scale digital, retail, or eCommerce environments.

Role: AI Coach - Agentic Engineering

Location: Remote, Portugal

Required skills:

• At least 6 years of professional experience in software engineering.


• Experience with agent orchestration frameworks and agentic development platforms.


• Experience working with MCP-based tooling and integrations.


• Experience creating reusable AI workflows, engineering accelerators, or developer productivity tooling.


• Experience helping teams adopt new technologies and engineering practices at scale, including running workshops, communities of practice, or technical enablement programmes.


• Experience with Kubernetes, cloud-native platforms, and distributed systems.


• Experience with Kafka or event-driven architectures.


• Experience working in large-scale digital, retail, or eCommerce environments.
