Job summary

Wire IT in Portugal is seeking an experienced AI Coach to join remotely. You will help design agentic engineering solutions, develop reusable AI workflows, and drive engineering enablement across teams in a fast-moving market.

The role requires strong background in software engineering, expertise with Kubernetes, event-driven architectures, and MCP tooling, plus a track record of enabling large-scale digital or ecommerce projects.

Qualifications

• Minimum 6 years of professional software engineering experience.
• Experience with agent orchestration frameworks and agentic development platforms.
• Experience with MCP-based tooling and integrations.
• Experience creating reusable AI workflows or developer productivity tooling.
• Experience enabling teams to adopt new technologies at scale, including workshops and communities of practice.
• Experience with Kubernetes, cloud-native platforms, and distributed systems.
• Experience with Kafka or event-driven architectures.
• Experience in large-scale digital, retail, or ecommerce environments.

Role: AI Coach - Agentic Engineering

Location: Remote, Portugal

Required skills:

• At least 6 years of professional experience in software engineering.


• Experience with agent orchestration frameworks and agentic development platforms.


• Experience working with MCP-based tooling and integrations.


• Experience creating reusable AI workflows, engineering accelerators, or developer productivity tooling.


• Experience helping teams adopt new technologies and engineering practices at scale, including running workshops, communities of practice, or technical enablement programmes.


• Experience with Kubernetes, cloud-native platforms, and distributed systems.


• Experience with Kafka or event-driven architectures.


• Experience working in large-scale digital, retail, or eCommerce environments.
