Job summary

Wire IT is seeking an AI Coach - Agentic Engineering to join our remote team in Portugal. You will help design and implement agentic AI capabilities, develop reusable workflows, and drive engineering enablement at scale.

The role requires 6+ years in software engineering, experience with agent orchestration, MCP tooling, Kubernetes, Kafka, and distributed systems. You will collaborate with a senior, international team on challenging projects and growth opportunities.

Qualifications

• 6+ years of professional software engineering experience required.
• Experience with agent orchestration frameworks and agentic development platforms.
• Experience with MCP-based tooling and integrations.
• Experience creating reusable AI workflows, engineering accelerators, or developer productivity tooling.
• Experience helping teams adopt new technologies and engineering practices at scale.
• Proficient with Kubernetes and cloud-native platforms.
• Experience with distributed systems and event-driven architectures.
• Experience with Kafka or similar event streaming.
• Experience in large-scale digital, retail, or eCommerce environments.

• At least 6 years of professional experience in software engineering.
