Job summary

Wire IT is seeking an AI Coach - Agentic Engineering to join our remote Portugal team. You will guide AI projects, architect agentic workflows, and accelerate engineering productivity across platforms.

You will lead workshops, enable engineering teams at scale, and contribute to a modern, distributed, cloud-native environment with Kubernetes and event-driven architectures. This is a no-term full-time remote role with a strong growth path.

Qualifications

• At least 6 years of professional software engineering experience.
• Experience with agent orchestration frameworks and agentic development platforms.
• Experience with MCP-based tooling and integrations.
• Experience creating reusable AI workflows, engineering accelerators, or developer productivity tooling.
• Experience helping teams adopt new technologies and engineering practices at scale, including running workshops, communities of practice, or technical enablement programmes.
• Experience with Kubernetes, cloud-native platforms, and distributed systems.
• Experience with Kafka or event-driven architectures.
• Experience working in large-scale digital, retail, or eCommerce environments.
