Wire IT is seeking an AI Coach - Agentic Engineering to join remotely from Portugal. You will guide AI-driven engineering initiatives, architect scalable workflows, and mentor teams adopting new technologies in fast-moving digital environments.

The position offers a no-term full-time contract, health insurance, 22 vacation days plus 4 extra days, meal allowance, and strong growth opportunities within an international company.

Qualificações

• 6+ years of professional software engineering experience.
• Experience with agent orchestration frameworks and agentic development platforms.
• Experience with MCP-based tooling and integrations.
• Experience creating reusable AI workflows, engineering accelerators, or developer productivity tooling.
• Experience helping teams adopt new technologies and engineering practices at scale, including workshops or communities of practice.
• Experience with Kubernetes, cloud-native platforms, and distributed systems.
• Experience with Kafka or event-driven architectures.
• Experience in large-scale digital, retail, or eCommerce environments.
