Landing.jobs in Lisbon is hiring an Agentic AI Engineer to design and build agentic AI tools that automate operational processes within Swisscom's AI delivery framework. You will shape architecture, deliver production-grade LLM apps on AWS Bedrock, and collaborate with a small pod of engineers, product owners and operations SMEs.

The role emphasizes hands-on development, end-to-end delivery, and strong Python skills, with experience in generative AI and AWS services.

• Strong professional software-engineering background with hands-on delivery responsibility.
• Strong Python skills, with experience designing APIs and distributed services.
• Experience building production-grade generative AI or LLM applications.

Mansioni

• Design agentic workflows to automate Mobile Technology & Voice operational processes.
• Develop orchestrator logic and tool-use patterns for operations automation.
• Build LLM applications on AWS Bedrock with agent frameworks and grounding patterns.
• Implement evaluation for quality, groundedness, latency, reliability and safety; add guardrails.
• Design human-in-the-loop controls and evidence-based decision-support outputs.
• Contribute to end-to-end AI tooling architecture and document decisions.
• Uphold engineering, testing, documentation and code-review standards.
• Coordinate delivery within the pod and onboard external specialists.
• Translate workflows and SOPs into testable agent behaviour and demo software.
