Accenture is seeking a GenAI/Agentic Engineer in Lisbon or Porto to develop, test, deploy, and continuously improve Generative AI agents for SDLC and business processes. The role requires hands-on Python, agentic frameworks, prompt engineering, LLM APIs, RAG, and enterprise integrations.

You will collaborate with architects, engineers, product teams and business stakeholders, build system prompts and memory mechanisms, integrate with Azure OpenAI and other services, and contribute to

Qualificações

• Professional experience developing solutions with Python.
• Hands-on experience with agent development frameworks such as LangChain, LangGraph, Semantic Kernel, or equivalent.
• Experience integrating LLM APIs, including Azure OpenAI, Anthropic Claude, or equivalent services.

Responsabilidades

• Develop AI agents according to the designs, technical standards, and interface contracts defined by the Agentic Architect.
• Build and optimize system prompts, few-shot examples, tool instructions, and agent reasoning workflows.
• Integrate agents with external tools and APIs through tool use and function calling.
• Implement short-term and long-term memory mechanisms and manage session context.
• Collaborate with Backend and Integration Engineers to define and consume secure API contracts.
• Deploy agents through CI/CD pipelines and monitor their behavior in production.
