Swisscom is expanding its Lisbon AI team and is seeking an Agentic AI Engineer to design, develop and deliver agentic AI tools that automate operational processes for Mobile Technology & Voice services. The role focuses on building production-grade LLM apps, orchestration of agents, and embedding AI engineering practices within Swisscom.

You will collaborate with product owners in Switzerland and local engineers, contribute to end-to-end architecture, and help shape the AI tooling suite while

Qualifications

• Hands-on software delivery experience.
• Experience designing APIs and distributed services.
• Strong Python skills and code-quality practices.

Responsibilities

• Design and build agentic workflows for automation.
• Develop orchestrator logic and tool-use patterns.
• Ship production-grade LLM applications on AWS Bedrock.
• Ensure quality, grounding, latency and safety in AI tooling.
• Collaborate with cross-location teams to deliver end-to-end solutions.
