Job summary

Swisscom's Lisbon team seeks an Agentic AI Engineer to design agent-based workflows and build LLM-powered applications. You will implement evaluation, safety guardrails and human-in-the-loop controls while collaborating with cross-location teams.

You will work in a hybrid setup, contributing to architecture reviews, and ensuring knowledge transfer within Swisscom's AI pod. Strong Python and AWS Bedrock experience are required.

Qualifications

• Strong Python skills with experience delivering APIs and distributed systems.
• Production-grade generative AI/LLM applications experience.
• Experience with agentic workflows, tool calling, grounding and evaluation.

Responsibilities

• Design agent-based and multi-agent workflows to automate mobile tech and voice operations.
• Develop orchestrator logic and tool-use patterns for automation.
• Build LLM apps on AWS Bedrock with agent frameworks and prompting patterns.
• Implement evaluation for quality, latency, safety and guardrails against misuse.
• Design human-in-the-loop controls and evidence-based decisions.
• Contribute to end-to-end AI tooling architecture and review decisions.
