Job summary

Airbus Portugal SA is seeking a PMO for Aerostructures to join a global network of PM professionals. You will coordinate interfaces, plan budgets, and drive data-driven project execution across multiple departments, contributing to aerospace innovations.

The ideal candidate has a business or engineering background with project leadership experience and strong English communication skills. A hybrid work model and modern office are offered.

Qualifications

• Diploma/Bachelor in business or engineering.
• Experience in leading various projects.
• High resilience and assertiveness.
• High team & communication skills.
• Business fluent English.
• Experience in G Suite.

Responsibilities

• Plan and coordinate project interfaces and budgets.
• Develop and support detailed project workload estimates and descriptions.
• Manage order intake and supplier coordination for projects.
• Oversee project profiling, service levels and budgeting.
• Ensure integration planning of projects into existing processes and production.
• Present subproject status, risks and milestones to stakeholders.
