Job summary

Airbus Portugal SA is hiring a PMO for Aerostructures to join a network of professionals dedicated to delivering exceptional services, upskilling colleagues and sharing knowledge across aerospace projects.

Qualifications

A diploma/bachelor degree in business administration, or engineering with several years of professional experience in consulting, project management or comparable qualification.
Experience in leading various projects.
High resilience and assertiveness.
High Team & communication skills.
Business fluent English.
Experience in G Suite

Responsibilities

Project planning and coordination of interfaces.
Prepare project profiles and service level agreements.
Support workload estimations and project descriptions.
Plan and control order management of project suppliers.
Prepare detailed budget planning for projects.
Develop procedures/processes for industrialization and integration.
Represent the project to higher reporting levels and cross-functional interfaces.
Project reporting and risk mitigation across subprojects.
Coordinate end-to-end implementation and data product lifecycle.
