Airbus Portugal SA is seeking a Professional for Programme & Project Management to lead and coordinate complex projects. The role covers planning, budgeting, interface management, and documentation of status across multiple partners and departments.

The ideal candidate has a diploma in business or engineering, several years in consulting or PM, strong resilience and English fluency, and hands-on experience with G Suite in a global environment.

Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Plan and manage project interfaces and planning.
• Coordinate project workstreams across departments.
• Prepare budgets and workload estimations for projects.
• Control order management of project suppliers.
• Document subproject status for quality, costs and deadlines.
• Identify risks and implement mitigation measures.
• Represent the project to higher reporting levels and interfaces.
• Ensure integration into existing processes and production.
