CallForTalents in Lisbon is seeking an English-speaking Customer Service professional for an on-site role. You will provide high-quality support for advertising products, resolve complex queries, and contribute to an outstanding customer experience in a fast-paced advertising tech environment.

Based in Lisbon, this on-site position offers the opportunity to work closely with Product Operations and Engineering teams to resolve technical and product questions, while driving customer satisfaction

Qualificações

• Fluent English required.
• Experience with paid campaigns and digital marketing.
• Strong customer service orientation and teamwork.
• Familiarity with social media and digital advertising concepts.

Responsabilidades

• Actively seek initiatives to enhance service and user experience.
• Handle end-to-end product troubleshooting and customer support for client advertising products via email and chat.
• Collaborate with Product Operations & Engineering on queries.
• Drive Customer Satisfaction metrics and provide regular updates across touchpoints.
• Ensure adherence to service levels across channels and improve productivity.
• Educate advertisers on product features with in-house specialists.
