Global People Sphere’s Ads Support Specialist role in Lisbon, Portugal requires you to help users manage their advertising experience on a global digital platform. You will investigate issues related to ad accounts, payments, access, campaigns, and platform functionality.

The ideal candidate is fluent in English, customer-focused, and capable of troubleshooting across email, chat, and phone while meeting performance targets in a 24/7 rotating-shift environment.

Qualificações

• Fluent English, written and spoken.
• Experience in Customer Service, Technical Support, Ads Support or similar advantageous.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Strong customer-oriented mindset.
• Good analytical and troubleshooting skills.
• Comfortable with digital platforms and computer systems.
• Attention to detail and multi-case management.
• Willingness to work in 24/7 rotating shifts and on-site Lisbon.

Responsabilidades

• Provide support to users regarding advertisements, ad accounts, payments, account access, and platform functionality.
• Investigate customer issues and provide accurate and timely solutions.
• Assist users in understanding advertising policies, account requirements, and platform guidelines.
• Troubleshoot issues affecting ad creation, publication, billing, and account access.
• Guide users through platform features and processes.
• Help customers resolve issues independently where possible.
• Provide clear, customer-friendly solutions via email, chat, and phone.
• Deliver high-quality support while meeting productivity and quality targets.
• Escalate complex cases to specialized teams when needed.
• Ensure accurate case documentation and appropriate follow-up.
• Focus on customer satisfaction and first-contact resolution.
