Advertising Sales Representative – English Market

Location: Porto, Portugal
Work Model: On-site
Working Hours: Rotational shifts, Monday to Sunday, between 09:00 and 00:00

About the Role

We are looking for an experienced Advertising Sales Representative to join an international digital advertising team representing a leading global audio-streaming platform.

You will help businesses grow through digital audio advertising solutions, manage the full sales cycle and develop new advertising opportunities.

Key Responsibilities

• Identify and approach potential advertising clients through outbound calls and lead generation.
• Present digital advertising products and recommend suitable marketing solutions.
• Conduct discovery meetings and understand clients' advertising objectives.
• Develop creative media plans and respond to advertising proposals and RFPs.
• Negotiate commercial terms, handle objections and close sales.
• Manage the complete sales pipeline, from prospecting to deal closure.
• Identify upselling opportunities and coordinate account handovers.
• Achieve monthly advertising revenue and sales activity targets.
• Maintain accurate sales activity and pipeline records using CRM and sales technology tools.

Requirements

• 2–3 years of experience in outbound sales and digital marketing.
• Experience in advertising sales, preferably with an international marketing or digital agency.
• Native-level proficiency in one of the following languages:
  • English (C2)
  • French
  • Spanish
  • Italian
• Candidates whose native language is French, Spanish or Italian must also have English proficiency of at least B1.
• Strong negotiation, presentation and consultative selling skills.
• Experience managing sales pipelines, leads and opportunities.
• Understanding of digital marketing, advertising campaigns and media planning.
• Ability to conduct client meetings, prepare sales proposals and close deals.
• Strong commercial awareness and target-driven mindset.

Salary & Benefits

• Base salary: €929 gross/month
• Holiday allowance: €77.42/month
• Christmas allowance: €77.42/month
• Meal allowance: €7 per working day (approximately €154 for 22 working days)
• Total monthly gross package: €1,237.83, including prorated allowances and meal allowance.

Training

• Duration: Approximately 10 working days (80 hours).
• 8 hours per day.
• Training compensation is paid proportionally upon successful completion.
• Employment contract is signed after successful training completion.

Contract & Benefits
