Job summary

Cross Border Talents is seeking an Advertisers Support specialist fluent in Turkish and English to join the Lisbon on-site team. You will assist SMB clients via chat, email and phone, delivering pre- and post-sales support for self-service products.

You will provide product and tool support to enhance client experience, identify trends, and resolve issues impacting multiple SMB accounts, in a fast-paced environment.

Qualifications

• Fluent in Turkish and English with strong communication skills.
• Experience in customer support or SMB environments is a plus.
• Ability to handle chat, email and phone support effectively.

Key Responsibilities

Provide support to Small and Medium businessesvia chat, email, and phone (outbound calls mandatory for emails and highly recommended for chat)
