Job summary

CallForTalents in Lisbon, Portugal is seeking a dedicated customer support specialist for on-site operations. You will assist SMB clients via chat, email, and phone, with outbound emails and proactive chats encouraged to enhance service quality.

Responsibilities include post-sale support, product and tool guidance, and identifying trends to prevent issues across multiple SMB accounts. Onsite training is provided.
