Ai Company in Lisbon, Portugal – On-site, is seeking an Ads Support Specialist to assist English-speaking users with advertising on a global platform. You will handle ad accounts, payments, access, and campaigns while delivering high-quality support.

The role includes a 15-day training, 40-hour weeks with rotating shifts, 22 days of annual leave, and meal allowances. A performance bonus up to €200/month is possible and a permanent contract may follow after two years.

Qualificações

• Comprehensive training before starting independent activities.
• Training duration: 15 working days – 8 hours per day.
• Training covers team, internal systems, product training, and customer management for phone, email, and chat.

Responsabilidades

• Provide support to users regarding advertisements, ad accounts, payments, and platform functionality.
• Investigate customer issues and provide accurate and timely solutions.
• Explain advertising policies, account requirements, and platform guidelines.
