FH Collective - Academy in Lisbon is seeking an Ads Support Specialist to assist advertisers via email, chat and phone, resolving issues related to accounts, payments and campaign performance. You will guide users through platform features and policies while ensuring high customer satisfaction.

The role requires fluent English, strong communication skills, and a customer-focused mindset. Working in a fast-paced environment with 24/7 rotating shifts and a 40-hour week is essential.

About The Role

As an Ads Support Specialist, you will provide support to advertisers using the platform through email, chat, and phone. Your responsibilities will include resolving issues related to advertising accounts, payments, account access, campaign performance, and platform functionality. You will also guide users through platform policies and best practices while ensuring a high level of customer satisfaction.

Your Responsibilities

• Support advertisers with account, campaign, and payment-related inquiries.
• Investigate and resolve technical issues affecting ads and advertising accounts.
• Guide users through platform features, policies, and account requirements.
• Escalate complex cases to specialized teams when necessary.
• Deliver an excellent customer experience while meeting quality and performance standards.

• Availability to work rotating shifts

Working Conditions

• Location: Lisbon, Portugal (On-site)
• Start Date: 31 August or 14 September (fixed)
• 24/7 rotating shifts
• 40-hour work week
• 15 working days of paid training before starting the role. Candidates who successfully complete the training will proceed to the employment contract.

Salary & Benefits

• Total monthly gross salary: €1,248
• Performance bonus: Up to €200 per month
