Velenosi&Meredith is hiring an Operations Customer Expert in Portugal to support users via phone, email and chat, resolving ads, accounts, payments, and access issues. You will explain policies, guide platform usage, and strive for top customer satisfaction in a 24/7 rotating shift environment.

The role requires C1/C2 English, strong communication, and problem-solving skills, with customer service experience a plus. Local residency in Portugal is mandatory.

Qualificações

• C1/C2 English (written & spoken).
• Strong communication and problem-solving skills.
• Customer service experience is an advantage.
• Able to work in a 24/7 rotating environment.
• Must be currently based in Portugal.

Responsabilidades

• Support users via phone, email, and chat.
• Resolve issues involving ads, accounts, payments, and access.
• Troubleshoot advertising and platform-related issues.
• Explain advertising policies and account requirements.
• Guide users through platform features and processes.
• Maintain high customer satisfaction and first-contact resolution.
• Escalate complex cases and ensure proper documentation.
