Velenosi&Meredith in Lisbon, Portugal, is seeking an Operations Customer Expert to join a leading BPO supporting a major American AI research and technology client. You will provide professional support to consumers and business users in a fast-paced environment, helping them resolve issues and maximize product value.

The role requires C1/C2 English, excellent communication, and the ability to work in a 24/7 rotating shift.

Qualificações

• English proficiency C1/C2 (written & spoken).
• Strong communication and problem-solving skills.
• Customer service/support experience is an advantage.
• Willing to work in a 24/7 rotating environment.
• Based in Portugal.

Responsabilidades

• Support customers via phone, email, and chat
• Handle billing and invoicing enquiries
• Troubleshoot account access issues
• Guide and support customers with the use of AI products
• Provide clear, timely, and helpful responses
• Deliver excellent customer service and meet quality standards
• Troubleshoot issues efficiently and elevate when required
