Velenosi&Meredith is seeking an Operations Customer Expert in Portugal to support users across phone, email, and chat, addressing ad-related issues, payments, access, and policy questions. You will ensure a high-quality customer experience and guide users through platform features.

The role requires C1/C2 English, strong communication and problem-solving skills, and the ability to work in a 24/7 rotating environment. Local residency in Portugal is essential.

Location: Lisbon, Portugal
Contract: Full-time | Portuguese Employment Contract
Schedule: 40 hours/week | 24/7 Rotating Shifts
Language: English – C1/C2

As an Operations Customer Expert, you'll help users resolve issues related to advertising accounts, payments, access, policies, and platform functionality while delivering an excellent customer experience.

What You'll Do

• Support users via phone, email, and chat
• Resolve issues involving ads, accounts, payments, and access
• Troubleshoot advertising and platform-related issues
• Explain advertising policies and account requirements
• Guide users through platform features and processes
• Maintain high customer satisfaction and first-contact resolution
• Escalate complex cases and ensure proper documentation

Requirements

• C1/C2 English (written & spoken)
• Strong communication and problem-solving skills
• Customer service/support experience is an advantage
• Comfortable working in a 24/7 rotational environment
• Ability to manage multiple cases independently
• Must be currently based in Portugal

Salary & Benefits

Base Salary: €938 gross/month
Holiday Allowance: €78.17/month
Christmas Allowance: €78.17/month
Meal Allowance: €7/day (€154/month based on 22 working days)

Estimated monthly gross package: €1,248.33
Performance Bonus: up to €200/month
