Velenosi&Meredith is hiring an Operations Customer Expert in Portugal to support users via phone, email and chat, resolving ads, accounts, payments, and access issues. You will explain policies, guide platform usage, and strive for top customer satisfaction in a 24/7 rotating shift environment.

The role requires C1/C2 English, strong communication, and problem-solving skills, with customer service experience a plus. Local residency in Portugal is mandatory.

Contract: Full-time | Portuguese Employment Contract
Schedule: 40 hours/week | 24/7 Rotating Shifts
Language: English – C1/C2

As an Operations Customer Expert, you'll help users resolve issues related to advertising accounts, payments, access, policies, and platform functionality while delivering an excellent customer experience.

What You'll Do

• Support users via phone, email, and chat
• Resolve issues involving ads, accounts, payments, and access
• Troubleshoot advertising and platform-related issues
• Explain advertising policies and account requirements
• Guide users through platform features and processes
• Maintain high customer satisfaction and first-contact resolution
• Escalate complex cases and ensure proper documentation

Requirements

• C1/C2 English (written & spoken)
• Strong communication and problem-solving skills
• Customer service/support experience is an advantage
• Comfortable working in a 24/7 rotational environment
• Ability to manage multiple cases independently
• Must be currently based in Portugal

Salary & Benefits

Base Salary: €938 gross/month
Holiday Allowance: €78.17/month
Christmas Allowance: €78.17/month
Meal Allowance: €7/day (€154/month based on 22 working days)

Estimated monthly gross package: €1,248.33
Performance Bonus: up to €200/month
