Relocation and housing support are provided for international candidates; the position is on-site with a 40-hour work week and a Monday–Sunday shift window.

Qualifications

• English fluency required.
• At least 6 months of experience in digital marketing campaigns, paid ads, or online advertising management.
• Strong technical aptitude and passion for software and AI innovation.

Responsibilities

• Ad & Campaign Support: Assist users with digital marketing tools, paid ad setups, and campaign management.
• Billing & Subscriptions: Manage invoicing, account billing, and payment queries.
• Account Optimization: Troubleshoot and resolve complex account access issues.
• User Guidance: Walk users through new features and showcase how to maximize AI tools.
