The role is hands-on and offers exposure to finance operations across an international environment, with a salary range of €25K–€37.5K plus benefits. You will process supplier invoices, code across cost centres and intercompany accounts, assist with weekly payment runs, and support month-end reconciliations while ensuring compliance with internal controls.

Qualifications

• Degree in Finance, Accounting or Management.
• Experience in accounts payable or finance operations.
• Experience in financial or professional services is an advantage.
• Strong attention to detail and problem-solving skills.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office, particularly Excel; SAP or Concur is beneficial.

Accounts Payable Assistant Location: Lisbon Salary: €25K - €37.5K + Benefits

We are seeking a proactive Accounts Payable Associate to join the finance team of a growing international investment firm in Lisbon. This is a hands‑on role within a collaborative team, offering the chance to develop your skills and gain broad exposure to finance operations in an international environment. In this role, you will help ensure invoices are processed accurately and efficiently and that suppliers are paid on time. You will play an important part in keeping day‑to‑day operations running smoothly, liaising with teams across the business and contributing ideas to improve how the function works.

What You’ll Do
