PrimeIT in Lisbon is seeking a Junior Accounts Payable/Receivable Analyst to support monthly closing activities and accounting operations. The role requires collaboration with international teams and meticulous attention to detail in a fast-paced environment.

Ideal candidates have a background in Accounting or related fields, experience with month-end processes, and proficiency in English. This position offers a dynamic, growth-oriented setting with opportunities on international projects.

Competenze

• Academic background in Accounting, Economics, Business Management or a related field.
• Experience as Accounting Officer or in a similar accounting role.
• Experience with month-end closing activities, including accruals and depreciations.
• Experience with Fixed Assets and knowledge of accounting standards.
• Fluent level of English is mandatory.
• Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
• Ability to work under tight deadlines and collaborate with international teams.

We are looking for an Accounts Payable/Receivable Analyst!

Level of Experience: Junior (Up to 2 years)

What are we looking for?

• Academic background in Accounting, Economics, Business Management or a related field;
• Professional experience as an Accounting Officer or in a similar accounting role;
• Experience with month-end closing activities, including accruals and depreciations;
• Experience with general accounting bookings, corrections and account analysis;
• Experience with Fixed Assets and knowledge of accounting standards;
• Experience with accounting controls and corporate procedures;
• Good knowledge of MS Office;
• Experience with ERP systems, preferably SAP or Oracle;
• Fluent level of English is mandatory;
• Strong organizational skills and attention to detail;
• Ability to work under tight deadlines and collaborate with international teams;
• Proactive attitude, problem-solving skills and strong team spirit.
