Job summary

Arrow Global Components (AGC), a division of Arrow Electronics, is seeking an Inside Sales Representative to grow our Aerospace & Defence portfolio in Porto. This role focuses on building strong customer relationships across Spain and Portugal, handling quotations, pricing, and order follow-up.

Qualifications

• Experience in electronic components distribution, inside sales, customer service, or sales support.
• Proven experience in Aerospace & Defence market and understanding of industry requirements.
• Knowledge of semiconductors and IP&E products (Interconnect, Passives & Electromechanical).
• Experience supporting complex customer accounts and managing commercial activities.
• Fluent in English and Portuguese.

Responsibilities

• Develop and strengthen relationships with customers across Spain and Portugal.
• Support commercial activities for Semiconductor and IP&E product portfolios.
• Work closely with the sales team to identify and develop new business opportunities.
• Manage daily inside sales activities, including quotations, pricing support, follow-up, and customer communication.
• Collaborate with suppliers, field sales, product specialists, and business development managers to deliver customer solutions.
• Drive design-in and design-win opportunities within customer accounts.
• Support forecasting, pipeline management, and opportunity tracking activities.
• Act as a trusted point of contact for customers and internal stakeholders.
• Ensure high levels of customer satisfaction through proactive communication and excellent service delivery.
• Participate in business reviews, supplier initiatives, and regional growth programs focused on the Aerospace & Defence sector.
