Arrow Electronics is seeking an Inside Sales Representative for its Aerospace & Defence portfolio in Porto. You will develop customer relationships across Spain and Portugal, support quotations, pricing, and follow-up, and collaborate with suppliers and cross-functional teams to drive design-in and growth.

The role requires strong knowledge of aerospace, semiconductors, IP&E, and a customer-focused mindset, with excellent English and Portuguese communication.

Formación

• Experience in electronic components distribution, inside sales, customer service, or sales support.
• Proven experience within the Aerospace & Defence market and understanding of industry requirements and business environments.
• Knowledge of Semiconductors and IP&E (Interconnect, Passives & Electromechanical) products.
• Experience supporting complex customer accounts and managing commercial activities.
• Strong communication and relationship-building skills.

Responsabilidades

• Develop and strengthen relationships with customers across Spain and Portugal.
• Support commercial activities for Semiconductor and IP&E portfolios.
• Work with sales team to identify and develop new opportunities within existing and target accounts.
• Manage daily inside sales activities: quotations, pricing support, follow-up, and customer communication.
• Collaborate with suppliers, field sales teams, product specialists, and managers to deliver customer solutions.
• Drive design-in and design-win opportunities within customer accounts.
• Support forecasting, pipeline management, and opportunity tracking.
• Act as a trusted point of contact for customers and internal stakeholders.
• Ensure high levels of customer satisfaction through proactive communication and service delivery.
• Participate in business reviews, supplier initiatives, and regional growth programs.
