Job summary

Zohorecruit in Lisbon is seeking a NOC 24x7 analyst to join our internal team. You will manage core operations, monitor infrastructure, and ensure service continuity across shifts.

You will log and classify incidents in ServiceNow, escalate where needed, and work with automation and runbooks to improve reliability. English fluency and willingness to work 24x7 rotating shifts are essential.

This role offers exposure to modern monitoring platforms and a collaborative environment.

Qualifications

• Must troubleshoot Windows and Linux systems across the estate.
• Familiarity with IT monitoring and event correlation workflows.
• Ability to read/run basic scripts in PowerShell or Bash.
• Experience with ITSM ticketing tools (ServiceNow) and incident workflows.
• Commitment to 24x7 on-call and rotating shift schedules.
• Strong written and spoken English; clear documentation.

Responsibilities

• Handle 24x7 core operations and monitor infrastructure events continuously.
• Log, classify, and prioritize incidents in ServiceNow according to SLA.
• Escalate to 2nd level teams when required with complete information.
• Execute runbooks and scripts to remediate issues within change control.
• Maintain and update KB articles and runbooks for automation.
• Work in rotating shifts and contribute to continuous improvement.
