Job summary
A dynamic customer service firm is seeking a Customer Support representative fluent in Dutch for remote work from Poland. The role includes providing customer service via mail and phone, ensuring satisfaction, and identifying customer demands. Ideal candidates should have good English skills and some background in sales or telemarketing. A comprehensive training will be provided, and a performance-related bonus is available.
