Campaign Overview:

Engage with Medicare recipients interested in exploring available plans and benefits. Our Bilingual agent must speak both Spanish and English clearly to gather information and assess the caller's interest in Medicare plans, pre-qualify them to ensure they meet the essential criteria, and seamlessly transfer the interested and qualified individual to a licensed Medicare agent for further assistance.

Hours of operation

This project works Monday through Friday.

Full-time 6:00 AM - 2:30 PM Pacific - 40 hours weekly.

Full-time 7:30 AM - 4:00 PM Pacific - 40 hours weekly.

Compensation:

All trainees bilingual in Spanish and English (must be able to read and Speak Spanish fluently) will be compensated $16.00 per hour.

Must reside in the US.

EngageCX offers weekly direct deposits once set up in payroll, which takes two full weeks.

• Previous survey experience preferred.
• Friendly and professional with a clear, concise speaking voice and proper use of the English language.
• Excellent communication and call control to remain on standardized script while offering quality customer service.
• Distraction-free, secure, and quiet place to work.
• Knowledge of Windows applications, email communication, and typing skills is essential.
• Comfortable managing multiple applications simultaneously.
• Pass a complete Felony and HIPAA background check. (This is at no cost to the applicant and does not include a credit check)
