Job summary
A leading international transport company is seeking a Talent Acquisition Specialist to drive high-quality recruitment delivery across business functions. This role involves owning the entire recruitment process, collaborating with hiring managers, ensuring a seamless candidate experience, and maintaining compliance across recruitment activities. Candidates should have over 3 years of recruitment experience, be fluent in Swedish, and possess strong interpersonal skills. The position offers a hybrid work model and various benefits including private healthcare and sports access.

- 3+ years of experience in full-cycle recruitment, preferably in SSC/GBS or multinational environments.
- Proven ability to work closely with hiring managers and HR business partners as a trusted advisor.
- Familiarity with ATS platforms, sourcing tools, and job boards.

- Lead the entire recruitment lifecycle from intake meetings to pre-boarding coordination.
- Collaborate with hiring managers to define job requirements and sourcing strategies.
