Candidates should have over 3 years of recruitment experience, be fluent in Swedish, and possess strong interpersonal skills. Qualifications

  • 3+ years of experience in full-cycle recruitment, preferably in SSC/GBS or multinational environments.
  • Proven ability to work closely with hiring managers and HR business partners as a trusted advisor.
  • Familiarity with ATS platforms, sourcing tools, and job boards.

Responsibilities

  • Lead the entire recruitment lifecycle from intake meetings to pre-boarding coordination.
  • Collaborate with hiring managers to define job requirements and sourcing strategies.
  • Ensure an engaging and transparent candidate experience throughout the recruitment process.
