Concentrix in Warsaw is seeking a Travel Advisor for the Nordic Premium Airline SAS, requiring Danish language skills. You will be the first point of contact for premium travelers, assisting with ticket purchases and handling payments, while supporting customers with travel issues.

Role includes calls/chats support, building trust, and maintaining strong customer relationships in an international setting. Training is provided to ensure success and growth within the company.

Qualifications

• Fluent in Danish (C1) and English (B2) to communicate with customers.
• Excellent communication, listening and accuracy.
• Highly organized, proactive and detail-oriented.
• Available to work from our Warsaw office.
