Job summary

Concentrix in Warsaw presents an opening for a Travel Advisor supporting Nordic Premium Airline SAS with Danish. You will be the first point of contact for premium travel inquiries, assist with airline ticket purchases and payments, and help customers navigate travel difficulties.

You must speak Danish at C1 and English at B2, be highly organized, an active listener, and eager to learn in a fully paid two-month training program with a dedicated buddy.

Qualifications

• Danish (C1) and English (B2) are required.
• Be naturally helpful, collaborative and patient.
• Active listening with clear communication is essential.

• Willingness to work from the Warsaw office.
