Job summary

Concentrix in Warsaw is recruiting a Travel Advisor to support Nordic Premium Airline SAS customers. You will handle premium travel inquiries, assist with ticket purchases, and resolve travel issues via calls and chat, while building trust with customers.

Fluency in Danish (C1) and English (B2) is required, with a collaborative mindset and strong organizational skills. The role is based in our modern Warsaw office with a paid two-month training program.
