SAS is seeking a Travel Advisor to handle premium Nordic airline inquiries in Danish and English. The role requires strong communication, organization, and a customer-focused mindset. You will work in the Warsaw office and participate in a fully paid two-month training program with a dedicated training buddy.

Your Responsibilities:

• Be the 1st point of contact for premium travel inquiries of customers.
• Help in purchasing airline tickets and handling different payment methods.
• Support customers with travel difficulties.
• Assist passengers via calls /chat.
• Foster enduring relationships with customers for building trust.

• Fluent in written and spoken Danish (C1 level) and English (B2 level).
• Naturally helpful and collaborative spirit.
• Enthusiastic, patient, and open-minded.
• Active listener and able to communicate clearly and with ease.
• Sharp eye for accuracy and precision.
• Highly organized.
• Available to work from our office in Warsaw.
